Be The Kind of Parent & Partner You

Want To Be

No one walks into parenthood or marriage with all of the answers…

And without Conscious Effort, Our Mindset, Energy and Engagement Can Create Conflict Instead of Connection.

The authoritarian way most of us have seen modeled in parenting  creates conflict and frustration, endless power struggles and leaves us with broken and distant relationships with our children.

Our relationship with our spouse and ourselves suffer as well.  Between parenting, work, and life’s demands, we try to juggle it all, feeling lost, unheard, resentful and disconnected.

When we engage with our family from these unintentional spaces, we are destined to be in reactionary mode and continue the cycle of dysregulated behaviors and disconnected relationships, no matter how badly we want it to be different.

Calm

Experience peace within yourself and find calm, and mutual understanding with your children and partner.

Confidence

Elevate your parenting and partnership by increasing your self awareness and trusting your decisions and your learned skill to connect.

Connection

Create relationships with your family based on trust, connection, communication, and collaboration.

It’s Never Too Late to
Turn Things Around

You thought it would be different. You did all the things and checked all of the boxes. You established a career, found a partner, and had kids, but life does not feel as easy and happy as you thought it would be.

There’s stress, frustration and yelling.  Where is the peace, love, and presence you thought you’d be feeling? Instead, you feel like you’re failing.  You know what kind of parent and partner you want to be, but don’t know how to get there.

No matter what your relationship with yourself,  child(ren) and spouse looks like right now, there is hope.

None of us start off as parents and partners just knowing what to do. We create plans based on  how we think it’ll go, but then watch as our idealistic imaginings get run over by the reality of daily life and the immense pressures of caring for our kids, going to work, maintaining a partnership  and keeping up.

The good news is- It doesn't have to be so hard. There are tools you can learn to change this, so that you can have ease and happiness within yourself,  family, and life.

Hello! I’m Diana Sodiq

I am a mindset & relationship coach for moms, a part-time physician, and (most importantly) a mom like you.

Why coach Moms?

Because moms create impact and ripple effects. We give so much, do so much, and pour our love and energy into our families and others, yet often lack the tools to manage our own well-being. Most of us weren't taught the mindset and emotional regulation skills needed to truly thrive. And when we have those skills, we then show up in a more intentional, grounded, and empowered way that then helps us feel better and improves every relationship we have.

Together, We Can Thrive:

As a mom who's been there, I know the difference that implementing these skills makes. Now, I'm passionate about teaching moms and helping them unlock their inner strength, calm, and confidence. Through coaching, we learn to manage our mindset and emotions, communicate effectively, parent intentionally, and show up for our families feeling centered and capable.

Imagine: Strong connections with your kids, a thriving relationship with your partner, and the calm and confidence to navigate life's challenges with grace.

Ready to make it a reality? Let's chat!

The traditional ‘power-over’ and ‘power-under’ models of parenting aren’t  working

You’re either  yelling to be heard or throwing your hands up in defeat. Either way, it doesn’t seem to be getting through. It makes you feel like you’re not capable of doing a good job.

But that’s not the truth. I believe that the real issue is that we’re not taught the skills that will form us into being the kind of parent or partner most of us long to be. Instead, we end up slipping into the patterns that were ingrained in us in our own childhoods, leaving us feeling misaligned and like we’re falling short of our mark.

The good news? You’re not alone and there is a way to the other side. Through coaching, we unlock the skills needed to be the parent and partner you truly desire to be. Together, we’ll create a personalized roadmap to build a stronger, more fulfilling family dynamic. The first step is reaching out. When you contact me, you will be met with understanding, a non judgemental openness and a supportive space to guide you through every step of the way.

How It Works:

When you book a call with me, we’ll have a brief chat so I can get a sense of what’s going on for you and your family and see how I can best support you.

I’ll explain my approach and the options we have for working together. You can ask any questions you have and see what type of support would be the best fit for your life and schedule.

If it feels right to you, we can book our first session and get started.  If it’s not a good fit, I will do my best to offer alternative resources or suggestions for support, wherever possible. There’s no pressure of any kind, simply an opportunity to see if we are a good fit to work together.

"These sessions are priceless! I have been able to express my thoughts to my partner in a way that is constructive to our relationship. My relationships with friends, coworkers, family and myself have improved drastically since working together."

-Dr. Jessica
